Services of our Amazon agency
Consultancy and execution from one team
We don’t just tell you what to do on Amazon – we do it. Market entry, account, listings, advertising, logistics and margin sit with the same people. The result is a system that lasts, in Germany and across the EU.
What applies to every service
- Fixed contacts who know your business
- Strategy and execution by the same people
- Margin, range and prices in focus – not just revenue
- Ongoing partnership instead of one-off jobs
- Regular reports and strategy calls
Six building blocks, one system
Each building block affects the others: a good listing lowers advertising costs, clean stock protects your ranking, a healthy account keeps everything running. That’s why we combine the blocks the way your business needs them right now.

Market entry & EU expansion
Market entry: launch on Amazon.de properly, then grow across Europe
For many brands, Amazon.de is the natural first step into the European market. Whether you are new to Amazon or already sell in the US or the UK: before the first sale in Germany, your account, brand, taxes and legal obligations have to be in order. We guide you through it – and stay on board afterwards.
- Opening and setting up your seller account for Amazon.de
- Enrolment in Amazon Brand Registry
- Choosing between Pan-EU and EFN
- VAT, OSS and EPR coordinated with specialist partners
- Product safety information under GPSR in your listings
- German listings built on German keyword research – the same for other EU marketplaces
The challenge: many obligations, little clarity
Applying for an Amazon account is quick. After that it gets complicated: Amazon verifies your identity and your company, some categories need approval, and depending on product and country there are obligations that have nothing to do with Amazon directly – but without which you can’t sell there.
For brands from outside Germany, the order of steps matters even more. Where may your goods be stored? Where do you need a VAT registration? Which registrations for packaging or electrical equipment does Amazon ask for, and in which country? Who is your responsible person in the EU? Get this wrong and you end up with blocked offers or back payments.
Seller account
We prepare the documents for verification with you, set up the account, apply for category approvals and create the first listings. One Seller Central account for Europe gives you access to Amazon.de and the other European marketplaces.
Brand Registry
With a registered or pending trademark – for example at the EUIPO or the German DPMA – we enrol you in Amazon Brand Registry. It protects your listings and unlocks A+ Content, the Brand Store and Sponsored Brands.
Pan-EU or EFN
With the European Fulfilment Network (EFN), your stock sits in one country and Amazon ships cross-border for a higher fee. With Pan-EU, Amazon distributes your stock across warehouses in several countries. We work out with you what pays off for your range.
VAT and OSS
If your goods are stored in a country, you usually need a VAT registration there. For sales to consumers in other EU countries, the One-Stop Shop (OSS) applies. Tax questions are handled together with your tax adviser or specialist partners – we don’t give tax advice ourselves.
EPR obligations
Extended producer responsibility (EPR): for example registering packaging in Germany’s LUCID packaging register, or registrations for electrical equipment and batteries. We clarify what applies to your product and coordinate the registrations with specialist partners.
Product safety (GPSR)
The EU General Product Safety Regulation has applied since 13 December 2024. We make sure the manufacturer, the responsible person in the EU and the safety information are stored in your listings.
German listings that sound German
German shoppers buy from product pages that read naturally – and they search with their own words, not with translated English keywords. We write your German listings with their own keyword research for Amazon.de, instead of translating word for word. For France, Italy, Spain and further marketplaces, each listing gets its own keyword research too.
After the launch, the real work begins
Market entry is not a project with an end date for us. Once the account is live, we keep managing it: listings, advertising, stock and the next countries.
1
Analysis
We review product, brand, documents and target markets and show what is needed in which order.
2
Strategy
We decide with which products and countries you start, and whether Pan-EU or EFN fits.
3
Plan
We draw up a checklist with responsibilities – for you, for us and for the partners.
4
Execution
We set everything up, take the listings live and support the launch with advertising and stock planning.
Need a warehouse in Germany? For storage, FBA prep and shipping you can use our sister company Prephouse GmbH in Lemgo if you wish – then account and goods come from a single source.
Market entry FAQ
What is the difference between Pan-EU and EFN?
With EFN, your stock is stored in one country and Amazon ships from there to customers in other EU countries – with higher cross-border fulfilment fees. With Pan-EU, Amazon distributes your stock across warehouses in several countries, so local fees apply and delivery is usually faster. In return, you generally need a VAT registration in the countries where your stock is stored.
Do you provide tax advice?
No. In Germany, tax advice may only be given by licensed tax advisers. We tell you what Amazon requires and coordinate the implementation with your tax adviser or specialist partners.
What does the GPSR require on Amazon?
Among other things, the EU General Product Safety Regulation requires a responsible economic operator in the EU for products, plus contact details and safety information. Amazon asks for this information in the listings. Which documents your product needs in detail depends on the type of product.
Can I start on Amazon without my own brand?
Yes, you can sell without a brand. Without Brand Registry, however, you lack protection and important tools. If you want to grow on Amazon in the long term, we recommend registering your trademark early.
Amazon SEO & listing optimisation
Amazon SEO: listings that get found – and sell
A product that doesn’t show up in search doesn’t sell, however good it is. We research the terms your customers actually search for and turn them into listings that convince. And we keep looking after them.
What we take care of
- Keyword research for every marketplace
- Title, bullet points and description
- Backend search terms
- Image concept and briefing for photos and graphics
- Listings adapted for each marketplace
- Ongoing monitoring of ranking and conversion
Why it matters
Most shoppers find products through Amazon search. Whether yours appears there depends heavily on the right search terms being in the listing – and on shoppers actually buying afterwards. Amazon measures both.
Typical weaknesses: titles full of filler words, bullet points that list features but answer no questions, images that explain nothing on a phone – and translations that nobody in Germany would search for. A listing is never finished: competitors change, Amazon adjusts category rules, search habits shift. We keep refining.
Amazon PPC & advertising
Amazon PPC with an eye on your margin
Advertising on Amazon brings revenue quickly – and eats into profit just as quickly. We manage your campaigns so they pay off: by margin, product goal and life cycle, not by clicks.
Sponsored Products
Ads for individual products in search results and on product pages. We separate automatic, keyword and product targeting campaigns cleanly, so we can see what works.
Sponsored Brands & Display
Ads with logo, headline and several products or video – Sponsored Brands requires Amazon Brand Registry. Sponsored Display re-engages shoppers; we use it selectively, not everywhere.
Brand defence
Dedicated campaigns on your brand terms and product pages, so that when people search for your brand, your product is on top – not a competitor’s.
We read the search term reports regularly: what sells becomes its own keyword, what only costs money gets excluded. For each product we calculate what a sale may cost in advertising and set bids and budgets accordingly – keeping an eye on ACoS (ad spend relative to ad revenue) and TACoS (ad spend relative to total revenue). Your ad budget runs through your own account and is billed directly by Amazon.
Amazon account management
Account management that checks in every day
We look after your Seller Central account on an ongoing basis: account health, cases, customer messages, listings and stock. You focus on your product – we make sure nothing gets left behind on Amazon.
What we take care of
- Account health and performance metrics
- Opening and following up cases with Seller Support
- Answering customer messages on time
- Getting blocked or suppressed listings back online
- Monthly reports and strategy calls
Why it matters
Amazon constantly measures how reliably you deliver, how quickly you respond and whether your products comply with its policies. You see the result in Account Health. If it slips, listings can be blocked – or, in the worst case, the whole account.
On top of that comes day-to-day work: customer messages, which Amazon expects to be answered within 24 hours, questions from Amazon, suppressed listings, fee errors. Each task is small. Together they eat up time – especially across time zones and in a foreign language. We handle them for you, in German where needed.
A+ Content, Brand Store & Brand Registry
A+ Content and Brand Store: show what your brand stands for
On Amazon, many offers look the same. With A+ Content and your own Brand Store you tell shoppers what makes your brand different. The basis for both is Amazon Brand Registry – we take care of all three.
Brand Registry
We enrol your brand in Amazon Brand Registry. You need a registered or pending trademark with an office Amazon accepts, for example the EUIPO. For the trademark application itself, we work with your trademark attorney.
A+ Content
The section below the product description with images, text and comparison charts. We plan which questions it answers, write the copy and brief the design – for every language and marketplace.
Brand Store & protection
Your own brand page on Amazon, structured so shoppers find the right product fast. Via Brand Registry we also monitor your listings and report infringements such as counterfeits to Amazon.
FBA management
FBA management: stock that arrives on time
With Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), Amazon stores and ships your goods. For that to work, everything has to be right beforehand: quantity, timing, labels, approvals. We plan and manage it for you – continuously.
What we take care of
- Stock planning based on sales and lead times
- Shipments to Amazon with Send to Amazon
- Dangerous goods reviews and approvals
- Storage capacity and storage fees
- Reimbursements for lost or damaged stock
- FBA prep and fulfilment via Prephouse, if you wish
Why it matters
If a bestseller runs out of stock, you lose not only sales but often your ranking too. Send too much and storage fees rise, while Amazon limits how much you can store. Products such as perfume, batteries or sprays often have to pass a dangerous goods review first – if a document is missing, the goods sit still.
When your goods come from overseas, long lead times make planning even more important. We calculate reorder points from sales, season, advertising and your supplier’s lead time, create shipments, track them until they are received, and claim reimbursements where Amazon doesn’t pay automatically.
We work with your own warehouse or your current logistics partner. If you are looking for one in Germany, our sister company Prephouse GmbH in Lemgo takes care of it – from goods-in to the fully labelled FBA shipment.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book individual services?
Yes, you can start with the building blocks that help you most right now – for example market entry and listings. But we always work in an ongoing partnership, never as a one-off project.
What does working with you cost?
That depends on how many products, marketplaces and building blocks we manage. After the free consultation, we send you a proposal.
Do you work outside Amazon?
Our focus is Amazon. That’s where we know our way around and where we do the work. For fulfilment across other channels, our sister company Prephouse GmbH can step in.
Which building blocks do you need right now?
In a free consultation we look at your plans for Amazon.de and the EU together and tell you honestly where we would start.
